Keeping an accurate historical record and getting the townspeople involved are two basic
goals of the Renaissance Festival organisers. Our desire to provide the festival with
attractive, quality cultural events has led to different activities being organised and
scheduled each year that it has been held.

In order to encourage people to get involved, the Renaissance Festival has organised various competitions
